    CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical 9mm

Does anyone own this CZ and can you tell me about your experience with it?
    I'm thinking about getting it.

I really want one too. Wish I had one already, so we both could shoot it!

do not own a tactical but do have one sp-01 (from my understanding, the only difference is that the tactical has the decocking feature). Love the sp-01, solid construction, good accuracy, and low(er) recoil due to the steel frame. One gripe that is common is the slide seating lower into the frame which makes it harder to rack the slide, but gets easier with practice. I'd be interested to hear about any other differences between the SP-01 and the tactical version as well.

I own the SP-01, the version with the safety, which is also the only SP-01 variant on the roster.

It is an excellent pistol, and my favorite of all my pistols to shoot. The recoil is mitigated by the heft of the frame and material towards the muzzle (light rail).

I don't own a SP01 but I have a 75B and added feature of 22lr conversion kit to shoot on the cheap.
Great reliability and accuracy to boot!
          CZ makes great firearms.
Get one and you won't regret it.

I own it in both 9mm and .40 and love it. The 9mm had a hammer/spring/trigger job done at CZ custom and is a great shooter. Easily one of my favorite handguns. I've let five of my friends shoot it and they all ended up buying one later. As mentioned the decocker model is much tougher to find but the safety model is on the list.

i've owned both models the decocker and safety. both were great shooters and great bang for the buck. you will be very surprised how accurate this gun is...it will turn heads. i went with the safety version and selling the decocker.

I hear many good things about the CZ75 series of pistols such as the great ergonomics and the all steel (or aluminum) frame. I really gotta try one out ad see for myself.

You can't go wrong with an CZ SP-01. Very accurate handgun.

I have the tactical in 9mm with the de-cocker. It's my first handgun, and I couldn't be happier.

In my hands, it's not so accurate, but two of my shooting friends are very accurate with it.

You thinking of the CZ now over the FNP, or in addition to?
CZs are great pistols but for this model it is going to weigh in heavier than the FNP, and possibly feel a bit bigger. I don't have one because I got the P07, but the SP01 Tactical is on my wish list.

I've got the SP01, but not the tactical version. As everyone thus far had indicated - a little heavier, feels great/ergonomics, slide may take a little getting use to. Out of all my 9mm's it is the one I'm most accurte with and is my favorite... Have to admit, I've had work done to it by Angus Hobdell.
