What do you think? Shouldn't your friend know the answer?
I think it can be confirmed that an alien xenomorph is absolutely no match for good ole' Alabama black snake!

    and

If you're in a survival movie and the hot blond twists her ankle and can't walk, you damn well figure a way to carry her. If it's a dude, you shake his hand and say "best of luck".

You need to explain this part. There is no such thing as a "rifle sales only" license.

He probably means his friend has a C&R.

If you are knowledgable enough to know about the intrafamilial transfer, how could you not know the answer to this?

For an FFL in California to transfer handguns to unlicensed Californians, he needs to be set up as a "California licensed dealer" and have access to the DROS system. Ask your friend if he has done this.

I think my budy fell victim to some fud someone told him i just talked to him again and he said. He was told he could not deal with handguns with his ffl that he had to get another license or certification for handguns he is set up and a california licened dealer and can dros.

It's possible that he had to agree to some kind of restriction with local city/county authorities in order to get his business zoning approved. He should be able to remember who told him about not selling handguns.

He said the fud came from a girl he talked to and the doj .He said he was told he could only dros rifles and he had to get some kind of certification that would cost 300 dollers to be able to sell handguns.

i feel better now soon i will have a new 1911 lol
