That is a Machine gun lower.
Semi auto does NOT have those as those are for a stock
Semi also does not need the little slit near the triger (thats the safety)
and the selector lever hole is lower.
Be carefull... you might wind up with a subgun if you don't know where you're punchin holes.Comment

Ajax is right. I have those plans and they are definitely full auto. Be extremely careful.
I haven't found any semi plans anywhere.
