    Glock night sights

Greetings! Just wondering if anyone knows of a good place to have night sights installed on a Glock? Hopefully in CA to help out a local store? Thanks!

It's probably a bit out of your way but Target Masters West in Milpitas can do that kind of operation for you. Whether it would be cost effective or not is another story - I know install on a 1911 slide was upwards of $50 or so, not counting the rather upsetting cost of the sights themselves.

I'd hope a Glock operation would be cheaper but it would behoove one to give them a call before making the trek.

If you can wait until August you might be able to have the Glock Armorer do it at the GSSF match if you buy the sights. Call Glock and see if they will do it.

          Glock Night Sights

I suggest you go to CustomGlockRacing.com, I purchased a set of race cut heinies, they come with a kit, you can install them yourself.

What happened to Glockmeister anyways? I noticed they stopped listing pistols on their site.

I would suspect it's because of the new owner that purchased it a couple of years ago and slowly made changes his way to make money rather then to help the people out 100% my speculation though

Ahh it's ok thanks for the offer but I do want to be bothersome

The tool they make for the sights is so easy and quick but I just can't see paying $80+ for it only using it once

It may have been a misunderstanding but when last I was there, I spoke to an employee about the possibility of having a sight install done on a 1911 and was quoted a price which I've now forgotten. Had I pursued the discussion it might have lead to being directed to a gunsmith or to Nancy, I'm not sure. The cost of the sights themselves was enough to dissuade me almost immediately.

I have the sight installation tool sold by Glockmeister and have installed/changed my own Glock sights (made by different manufacturers) three times already, not hard to do at all. If you lived close I would've brought you the tool to use... I've done it for another friend of mine and I sure wasn't gonna charge anyone $50 for a two-minute job.
