Does anyone know how Springfield honors their warranty if their product has modification. For example, I have a qualified gunsmith swap the ambi-safety off my MC operator for a single-side one. And a failure happens that is not related to the safety. Or if I have the frame duracoated.

it probably wont be an issue. i think the main concerns they have are frame, slide and barrel mods.
i would call them to make sure - if not, document that the failure happens with the original safety also.Comment
