    Nice! You'll enjoy it.

I don't own one but have shot one. Good guns.

Might need a trigger job if you get serious with it.

      Congrats!

If I might ask, what makes it different from the regular M&P9?

5" barrel on the M&P9 Pro, 4.25" barrel on the M&P9. The Pro also doesnt seem to have a thumb safety while the M&P9 does.

thats odd... my M&P doesn't have a thumb safety.... was it a recent addition? I picked mine up maybe 2 years ago...

wow where did you get that paint job? That's nice looking.

If I could bring my M&P40 down I'd totally bring it. Just don't have any 10 round magazines. Hence the 1911 I purchased.

              Manual safety is an option....

              I have a MP40 and an MP9....both wonderful pistols.

Cool paintjob, but it really shows off how neutered the mags are for California.

m&p9 pro also has fiber front sights, lightened trigger pull, and in other states a high cap mag.

Is the M&P pro on the California list? I did't see it or any 5in M&Ps on the list but a couple dealers at the last show said they were.

I shot my M&P 9mm today in an IDPA style match today, first time out with it, did much better with it than the P226 I had been shooting. It's bone stock, I need to upgrade the front sight, and possibly do a trigger job as well. Very happy with it.

I had Technique from the board do it. It took him maybe 3 days? Most of that was it drying so that it was OK to re-wrap and mail back to me.

I mailed the stuff, he did all the masking, and returned it to me in pristine condition.... obviously I couldn't mail him the serialized portion of the firearm, but all the other parts were OK. His prices were great, and I gotta say his work was impressive.
