    Beretta 96D legality

    I've been seeing some really nice Beretta 96D DAO w/ night sight, 3 mags, mag holder and holster for $250 to $350 all over internet auction sites.

    are these legal in CA? these are such good deals but I can't seem to find 96D on the doj list, only 96, does it matter? thanks

          96D was removed from "The List" about five years ago.
