to sum it up, No FTF's,FTE's 500 rnds today and she's almost broken in. Magazines use were Wilson 47d , CMC 8 and 10 powermags and Checkmates.Did not use the Les Baer mags because I thought they were in my range bag.

Now move those targets out farther. Shooting a Baer at 15 yd is like shooting a 338 at 50 yards

very nice, mel! poor target they look like dela hoya and cotto...lol. take good care of your 1911's make sure you give them a good bath that way they could sleep like hatton.

Ducman, I don't recall getting a call from you to head up to Rainbow to see and shoot the new gun.

The Baer is a good shooter for sure.

Make sure you back the slide back a bit before you rotate the barrel bushing for disassembly - makes it much easier and you'll maintain the barrel to bushing fit tolerance.
