    PPT Question

Earlier today I sold a handgun to my co-worker and after all was said and done he told me he didnt have any proof of residency, no car registration cuz he has a company car and no utility bills because he has moved about 3 times in the past 6 months and is now living with his fiancee and everything is under her name so my question is what can be done about this?

I think he is going to have to get one of those utility bills in his name and hope that the bill comes in within 30 days.

Notarized rental agreement between him and his fiancee will work. Both will have to sign.

If the rental agreement has his name on it (whether his fiancee is on it as well or not), it doesn't need to be notarized.

OK, if you say so but several Sac stores REQUIRE it to be notarized and signed by both parties.
