What is this gun?

This is what I am looking for in a handgun does such a thing exist?

1. SA or DA/SA trigger
2. double stacked mag
3. 5" barrel
4. Full steel frame (stainless preferably, but doesn't have to be)
5. at least .45 - .40s&w cartrige
6. RELIABLE
7. less than $800

does such a gun exist? If not WHY?!

Para-ordanance comes to mind, but may only be SA (not sure about that one) and I don't have any experience with them, so I can't talk about their reliability. Oh wait, they are probably exspensive.

Para Ord have LDA (Light Double Action).

are both 4" barrel only, I specified 5", they are also polymer frame i specified steel frame.

Couldn't find any guns from either of those manufacturers that match the description although the sig p220 match comes close.... but expensive!!
