    Blank firing gun question

I sent a pm to kestryl but havent heard back for a while now, so figured I would ask here. Im going to sell a blank firing gun here and wanted to know if it has to go in the firearm only sale area, or in accesories since I dont think its considered a firearm because I didnt have to do a 10 wait for it or any paperwork when I bought it about 10 years ago.

Another question it has a 18 rd mag, does this fall under the 10 rd max since its centerfire blanks? Or is it okay to sell as is.

It's not a real firearm, list it in the Private Non-Firearms Related Sales forum.

The magazine for the blank firing gun, is not exempt from the large capacity magazine ban.

So would it be better to disassemble the mag into parts to sell because it can come apart.
