Browning Hi-Power Practical

I have this in 9mm. Is this something to hold onto as a collectible? Or just use it because they are common and can get anywhere. I bought this when I heard Browning will no longer makes, then a few years later I see tehy are back....maybe not the Practicals though.

I don't think it is any more valuable than regular Mk 3.
