      All +P ammo is within SAAMI spec, +P+ is where you get into trouble.

      On second thought, you could just get a 10mm and not worry about the +P loads...

        LOL!!! YAY 10mm!!! The only glock I won or will ever, but I just LOVE that round!!! Any glock will take +P no problem...HIGHLY suggest changing the guiderod and spring though

          Yeah, the spring should be changed if you're consistently shooting +p loads. However if you're just keeping the +P loads for a SD round then don't bother changing anything.
