needs to be a single-shot pistol in order to be transferd to you in CA in a roster-exempt transfer. So, it needs the BB and a zero-round SLED mag.

That said, I don't know how OLL and SSP-friendly Classic Arms is, I seem to recall some anti-CA rhetoric from them in the past. YOu may need to run it through a middleman FFL to have it californicated.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

No, a bullet button won't make it legal for transfer, unless you are a law enforcement officer or otherwise exempt from the Roster of Handguns Certified For Sale in California.

And Classic Arms won't deal with CA.

don't give up that fast. You can get one, you just have to do some work. You'll need to find a seller that will configure it into a CA-legal roster-exempt configuration and send it to your FFL, or ship it to one of the CA-friendly middlemen FFL in another state to get it CA-legal for your.

Quentin Laser has been reconfiguring these for CA and selling them recently. See their thread here -

DO NOT QUOTE ME ON THIS PRICE, IT IS NOT SET IN STONE YET

But, probably $579 with maglock in place and single-shot sled. Same price as a WASR10.
