If you put a gun on layaway, does the time in layaway count against the 10-day waiting period?

I believe the 10-day waiting period usually starts after the DROS. Unless your dealer has a does something like, half now and rest at pickup...assuming they will DROS a partial payment and have something arranged with you?John -
Nope. The 10 day does not begin till you do the DROS.I think it can be confirmed that an alien xenomorph is absolutely no match for good ole' Alabama black snake!
