    HK P7

    So I'm looking for a P7 and even though I dout it has anyone seen any in a local norther CA shop or have a good place to look? Thank u for u time.

    Couple things..

    First, only the P7M8 (8rd, 9mm, thumb magazine release) is on the approved roster. Some shops are DROSing the P7, or P7PSP (8rd, 9mm, heel magazine release) as a P7M8, and if you encounter one that's doing that - walk away.

    Second, Since the P7M8 is still on the roster, you don't need to purchase one via PPT. You can get one from inventory, or get one shipped to your local FFL for a transfer. Check out the Calguns Marketplace, Gunbroker, and the AR15.com Equipment Exchange. In good condition, you should be able to nab one plus one or two magazines for around $1,100.

    Have you tried one out before? The squeeze-cocking mechanism can throw some people at first as feeling unnatural, but it grows on you quickly.
