    Is it possible to...

I have a corporation in wyoming. I reside in CA - Is it possible to purchase a gun in wyoming through my corporation and then sell it from the corporation to myself here?

If possible what would be the point?

You would still have to have the firearms shipped through a California FFL, thus eliminating anything you were trying to get around, i.e. Roster.
I think it can be confirmed that an alien xenomorph is absolutely no match for good ole' Alabama black snake!

    and

If you're in a survival movie and the hot blond twists her ankle and can't walk, you damn well figure a way to carry her. If it's a dude, you shake his hand and say "best of luck".

Well what I want to do is buy the gun in wyoming and then legally own it in california either through my corporation or transfer it to myself private party. I don't care if the corp owns it or myself. The corp is in wyoming so I don't think I'd have to go through a california ffl - I'd buy it in person in wyoming.

If the corporation could buy it, then it's possible that it could be loaned to you. I am curious if someone with more knowledge will chime in.

This is a topic I haven't seen discussed here before.

I know corporations must be able to buy guns but all research i've found online is in reference to buying machine guns, which at this point I have no interest in owning. I should have posted a better title to this topic

What would the particular guns be? I suppose that could help us determine the merit behind the process. What is your ultimate goal here? To avoid DROS? To get off list? To get NFA?

I agree. You should hit "edit" on the original post then hit the "go advanced" button. That way you can change the title of your post to something a little more, uh, descriptive. Maybe, "Out of state corporation transfer gun to CA" or something like that...
