    Checking prices

What can I expect to pay in CA for 100 ct. boxes of:

    9mm (127gr.)

    .40

    10mm

    45 ACP (185gr)

I understand that supply is starting to return to normal. As it does, are prices expected to drop? Any of these harder to find than others and how much so?

I don't know about the 10mm, but .40 seems to be the least popular caliber as I always see it at Walmart.

    9mm $26-30
    45acp $35-40

Wow...I had been givign thought to a 9mm because the ammo would be cheaper, but I thought the difference would be more than $5-10 p/100. Makes me consider rethinking my purchase.

Do you remember how much you saw the .40 going for?

Depends where you buy it at. .40 sells around $12.47-13 per 50 at Walmart. 9x19 around $10 per 50.

If you buy 9mm on calguns though expect for ammo scalpers to charge you $15+ per 50 rounds on ammo they scored at Walmart and are reselling.

You have to have those exact bullet weights in 9mm and .45acp?

Only 127gr 9mm I know of is jacketed hollow point .

Have not kept up with 10mm ammo pricing but Walmart doesn't sell it it seems and it tends to be pricey and harder to find.

.45acp and 9x19 especially at fair prices can be harder to find than .40 currently.
