Correct, but you don't want one anyway. Locking blocks are getting harder and harder to find these days, and although the Berettas are good quality pistols, the locking blocks DO break, and if you shoot a lot it'll frustrate you. If you don't shoot a lot you'd probably never have an issue.

Your only chance at picking one up would be to find one used somewhere, get one in a PPT, or have a LE buddy transfer one to you.
