    Draco AK pistol pics

Just got this one home last night and went to town on it. I don't have the means to drill out the rear trunnion for a sling attachment, so I made mine up with some black webbing I had laying around. It will work for now.

    Draco AK pistol
    Hogue FDE AK grip
    Midwest Industries FDE handguard
Troy single-point sling on my own, made-up, nylon webbing sling mount
    Tapco slotted muzzle brake

    Enjoy!

Nice pistol. How are you able to legally own one of these in Commifornia?

I'm guessing this is all courtesy of Jason over at Quentin Laser in AZ. Basically it ships with a maglock and a zero round sled so it is essentially a single shot, roster exempt pistol.

Mine will be out of 10 day jail soon, already got the replacement furniture ready to go...nice work here.

It needs to be imported as a "single shot pistol" with a magazine lock already installed. The "single shot" part is accomplished by welding the follower on an AK mag, so no rounds can be pushed into it - they can only be dropped down the barrel. Both of those mods need to be done out of state and then you have to find an FFL that is willing to do this type of transfer. It's definitely legal, you just have to know the exact way to DROS it.

You are correct! Looking forward to seeing what you do with yours - post up some pics when you get her all dressed up!

Yeah, its definitely gonna be something different, except the color scheme is pretty much the same as yours! It sucks having this furniture staring at me and having nothing to put it on...

That is the best custom Draco I've seen DJ! NICE wood set on that one Radio. I was really tempted to buy one and possibly apply for a aow grip like the ones below in Romania.

Very nice! If someone needs to create a 0 round sled, here's my post on how to do it inexpensively:

..and a pic of my Draco with 10/40 mag and Solar lock:
