colt 380 value

Hello, I have a chance to purchase a colt 380 governemnt. Mark IV series 80, no box or papers. Blueing on slide is good but front and back strap blue is gone, other wise it is in great shape. Seller wants $300.00, what are these going for now in California?

I have missed 2 of these pistols in like new condition with no box and 1 mag they went for around $450.00 each

Given they're not importable into CA (without great work) the supply in CA is limited, so prices are high. $300 is a good deal, since otherwise $300 would buy, what, a new Bersa?
