WWB 9mm normally runs about 20 bucks for 100 rounds.

Walmart's ammo is inexpensive, compared to almost everyone else. It too has gone up a couple of times in the last year, so it's not nearly as cheap as it was a year ago.

          $22 for 100 rnds of WWB 9mm.

My local walmarts gets ammo just about everyday. I've had no problem buying 9, 40, 223 and 45.

I recently cut open a Walmart Federal .40SW. They are cheaper then what you typical find in sporting good store because it is not full metal jacket. At least for .40SW, they are plated lead bullet. Nothing wrong with it for planking, but I don't think any one would use it for competition shooting.

haha people say this a lot, but never validate where its coming from

I see 9mm and 40 once in a while, but 45acp is hard. in 2 months of calling my local store i found 1 box once and 5 another time.
