If there was an XDM available here I wonder if there would be any 10 round mags for it? Does anybody know if other XD mags fit it?

Regular XD mags do not fit the XD(m)-

You have to modify the mags to only accept 10 rounds

No, XD mags do not fit. There are no plans for a 10 round XDM mag. The few who have an XDM here, have had to modify their mags to only accept 10 rounds.

I think the main selling points are it is better than the XD. Esp in ergos

I read an article in Rifleman and already like the XD, so the XDM seems like just the ticket... if we can ever get them in this state. that 19 rounds is sure a shame to give up.

never saw that post...it will come in very handy! i will be moving to cali in the coming months and will be bringing my XDm9 with me and am considering getting an XDm40 before i move.

oh buddy don't even get us started on what to have before you move into CA. Are you out of state living right now? I just noticed your location. For #1 you can buy 1911 frames since we can't have that here. Ontop of that there are a ton of other guns I would love to have.
