I have a seecamp and have fired the beretta. What do you want to know? In my opinion there is really no comperison. The seecamp is an amazing little gun, if you need something that small.

I had a Tomcat when they were first introduced. Mine had jamming problems early on but with more shooting they seemed to be more infrequent. I sold it about a year later. Then I read that Beretta had worked in some improvements on new ones coming out and people were pretty satisfied with it's reliability. It's a lot cheaper than the Seecamp but not as small and thin. If I had more funds I would go for the Seecamp personally but it depends on what you want to spend. I think now the CA version of the Seecamp is running around 500 dollars.

Have no experience with the Seecamp. But I have had a Tomcat since about a year after it was introduced. Shot it quite a bit, it works just fine and is plenty small. It goes with me when I go on camping trips and is the right size for having on my person while at a campsite at night. I don't even know it's there as I pitch tent and cook dinner. The DA pull is a bit heavy but hey it's not a target gun.

I have no experience with the Seecamp but I have a stainless Beretta Tomcat and I really like it. The pop up barrel is actually pretty cool and if you have someone that does not have the grip strength to work the action then it is a nice alternative. Kind of a trippy design in that there is no extractor but it sure seems to kick the shells out regardless of it.

I have A Berreta Minx and love it. Its a little picky with ammo but if you shoot what it likes then your fine.

You know how HK brags that the $1400 P7 guns have a super fancy chamber so they can still extract with a broken extractor?

Well, the Tomcat one-ups it by NOT EVEN HAVING AN EXTRACTOR TO BEGIN WITH!!! And mine has still been 100% reliable over the last few years. I prefer the slightly fatter grip of the Tomcat, it's easy to hold on to.

Seecamp is simply the finest mouse gun available on the market today. There are other nice guns, but seecamp is the finest. It is far more accurate than it deserves to be and is a work of art. Ther are some guns in my collection thatI would part with for the right price. The seecamp is not one of them.

                  The Tomcat is FAT....

I've got a Seecamp and I really love it for the reasons already stated. I like Tomcats, they are generally reliable, really accurate for what they are, great little pistols. Just not small enough, a little too chubby in comparison.

Heck, I love my Beretta Model 20 (more compact precurser to the model 21) but its too fat as well...

I don't even know why I still own my AMT Backup, I never use it. It was ramped and polished by Louie @ B&B in N. Hollywood and always functioned well. Not too fat, but a bit too heavy. I wonder what its worth?

Go for the Seecamp. Its a high quality little gun. I have had a few of the small Beretta's in the past and have had minor jamming issues with all of them.

                    My two cents

I had both but sold the Beretta. Just not as nice as the seecamp. Only issue I had with it was when I did drills from the pocket to presentation and fire, my finger would wrap all the way around the trigger and the meaty part of my finger tip would get stuck behind the trigger and cause a failure to fire.

I have a 3032 and it works like a charm. Real reliable and extremely accurate. For close range self defense you almost can't miss with it, being a DA/SA and a fixed barrel design. I would comsider the Seecapm but I absolutely don't like small DAO guns.

The P7 does not need an extractor, however has one just in case. I have fired a P7 with out an extractor and it works fine. I don't see how that's a one up. Seems like a one down to me.
