    Need Help to determine value S&W 4013

    S&W 4013 2-tone .40 cal. single stack 8+1 Colorado State Patrol
    production over-run not issued purchased new sometime in 1990's
    have box and parpers. Estimate 200 rounds fired.
    Not for sale at this time, just need insurance estimate for inventory.

    I bought a 4014, same as yours but in all matte black and i purchased it for about $350 about 7years ago at Turners. Really nice gun though.. I love mine!
    It was purchased used but in mint condition.

    FYI, its hard to find those 40cal. carry models. I wouldnt sell it if I were you.

      Anywhere from $300 used to $700 depending on the appraiser. (And if they like CSP for some reason).

      Pretty nice carry for a .40 cal!

        This was one of my carry guns, when I wanted a larger caliber than the .38 or .380. It's going to the safe now and will be replaced by a Glock 23.

        I've decided to insure all of my gun stuff and need to make an inventory and had a hard time finding any price info for 4013.

          OH got you Good idea. I wonder if my home insurance covers my guns, if they are in the home in a safe? I think they are. Maybe i should consider doing what you are doing.
