    BLM carry laws?

Can you legally carry concealed on BLM land w/o a permit? I would think "NO", but i fig'd I might as well ask
the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

      You are correct.

However, if it is legal to discharge a firearm on the BLM land, then you can legally open carry a loaded firearm.

Don't forget you can carry concealed while hunting(fishing too, maybe?). Though I think I'd rather carry openly anyways in that case.

          I always wondered about that.
What happens when you are hunting in cold weather and have a parka or rain jacket on? Hard to keep it open carry!

That's why open carry laws are ridiculous. Wouldn't be so bad for us in most areas of California. But imagine if a more northern state only gave the option for open carry. Whoops your jacket covered it, FELONY. better get a holster that straps OVER your jacket...

Most laws are stupid in regards to normal law-abiding citizens.
Carrying a concealed firearm is only a misdemeanor, while carrying a switchblade concealed is a felony!
