    So Cal Slide Work

Looking to get an optic cut on a Glock 20 and maybe and SP01. I might go with DWS or Rifle Supply. Familiar names, but I do not know anyone that has personally used them. Any feedback is appreciated. I am not opposed to shipping out of state, but local is preferred.

I used DWS for my Glock’s and they did a good job. I believe there turn around times is responsible.

This is a newer shop with CNC that mills slides.

I have not checked prices in a while but they were reasonably priced

I have sent 5 total slides to be milled and all have been great. They cut CZs and Glocks (and other handguns). They have some neat options that a lot of other services do not offer. If you can wait, they run very nice discounts for Black Friday.

I recommend getting the iron sight milled in front of the optic, if that is an option for your firearm.

I used ShootSoCal to mill and cerakote my G19 slide for a Trijicon RMR, their work with perfect and the turn around was quick.

Riflesupply, Angel City Armory, ShootSocal, Psychological Grips by FF Firearms in Montebello are good to go.

I've dealt with DWS before and twice all they ever done was runarounds and excuses. They never delivered the customer service and words as they claimed.

Do not use DWS! I repeat! DO NOT USE DWS! The owner is a POS who can?t hold to his timelines. There are many reviews of their horrible customer service.

There?s a spot in Lake Elsinore called H&H Engineering who does good work. There?s also a spot in Moreno Valley but the name has slipped my mind.. just do not use DWS!
