I shoot there fairly frequently w/buddies, been doing it for years.

It's now in a new location on Utah Ave. in SSF (and is no longer in the Dubuque Ave facility just south of Levitz)

I do occ do some double taps or slightly faster shooting. I think they may frown on unknowns/newbs doing that until you're a 'frequent flyer' and they know you won't take down the target frames.

(My standard joke on checking in there is, "I don't need a target, I'll just use the clips on the hangers.")

I shoot at Los Altos R&G, Jackson Arms, Reed's range. I haven't been to Sunnyvale R&G in awhile.

You can shoot 22 rimfire pistols Mon/Wed/Fri evenings, 7-10pm, at Coyote Point firing range (San Mateo). You can also shoot centerfire rifles there.

San Leandro range out at the end of Davis is where I go when I want to get a little bit of handgun time in. If the wind is blowing wrong or it's super hot the air is thick with the scent of refuse from the dump next door.
