    Hellcat Tweaks

I have a few polymer striker pistols, did some aftermarket modifications with varying degrees of improvement - S&W alot, Ruger SC9 not so much. I just bought a Hellcat and am mostly inclined to do very liitle rather than alot.

This far - Apex sear spring and striker spring and alot of 1500 grip graphite paper.

    Any other modest suggestions?

From what I read, swapping out the trigger to Apex or Galloway, etc doesn't accomplish much other than going from plastic to alloy.

OP ... thanks for the thread. I have a hellcat micro on order (some day it will arrive). My first goal is to have it tweaked to be the best it can be. I plan on making it my carry when I get there.

OP curious why the aftermarket springs? I’ve got a Hellcat Pro and it’s a great shooter stock just have to wait until renewal to add it to my CCW

Just had my first range trip with my Hellcat Micro. Out of the box, the trigger is the best of all my pistols other than my 1911. I see no need to mess with it.

I bought a CA DOJ approved Hellcat Pro and took it to the range twice, the stock trigger is so bad just like stock Gen 3 Glock 17/19 trigger, heavy+long rolling brake since they have almost the same strike-fired mechanism.

I upgraded it with the MCarbo Springfield Hellcat Trigger Spring Kit & Stainless Steel Striker Sleeve, with this upgrade less than $60, the trigger pull weight is way normal now. Very cost-effective upgrade!
Note: I didn't change the trigger to the MCarbo HELLCAT Flat Trigger MOD-2; I only upgraded those parts inside the gun so it looks like a 100% stock Hellcat Pro.
