There are no CA laws, CA regulations, or CA DOJ notices that legally prohibits an on-Roster bolt-action repeating pistol from being modified into a CA legal semi-auto pistol.

There is a CA DOJ notice that prohibits dimensionally compliant bolt-action single-shot pistols and dimensionally compliant break-open single-shot pistols from being modified into another configuration because doing so would be considered manufacturing a new unsafe handgun.

Therefore...

Because the Juggernaut Tactical JT15-SSP is not a dimensionally compliant bolt-action single-shot pistol and it is not a dimensionally compliant break-open single-shot pistol and it is an on-Roster bolt-action repeating pistol, there are no CA laws or CA regulations or CA DOJ notices that prevents it from being legally modified into a CA legal semi-auto pistol.

Because the Juggernaut Tactical JT15-SSP is an AR15 style pistol, in order to be CA legal as a semi-auto pistol, it must operate using a fixed 10 or less round magazine that can not be removed without disassembling the firearm's action.

as short as you want i think but anything 7" or under will be loud and have incredible flash, as well as terrible ballistics.

16" or greater and it can cause the firearm to no longer meet the CA legal definition of a "handgun" and it would be considered an other firearm that is not a pistol, rifle, or shotgun.

Semi-auto other firearm that are not a pistol, rifle, or shotgun must comply with different set of CA assault weapons laws.

As an owner of a 10.5", I think you can safely replace that 7 with an 11.

I have no issues with my 10.5" either with flash or concussion. Hits the large steel plates @ 100 yards at Angeles shooting offhand.

What muzzle device you using?

A2 flash hider. It sets off the car alarms sometimes in the parking lot behind the firing line.

weird. Im also using and A2. Been debating putting a Warcomp on it but havent really found a need to spend that extra coin. But, I think if i did put the warcomp then I could use a Surefire warden also, but thats like $350 in muzzle devices for an AR pistol.
