My USP 40 compact jammed for the first time today. The last round of the mag didnt enter the chamber correctly blocking the slide from home. Does the fact that it was the last round in the mag play any part in the jam?? Or did i load it wrong? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Your magazine might be getting weak. HKs magazine springs are notoriously weak.
Wolff has +10% replacement magazine springs for USPcs. My USPc/P2000 magazines have also gotten weaker, just by keeping them loaded. -
I can't believe that catalog... is that real?Comment

Every handgun eventually fails for whatever reason. No exceptions. Shoot long enough and with enough different guns and it happens. Its better to accept that fact instead of living with any illusions. This is why we practrice proper weapons maintenance and failure drills. Still, stuff happens.Comment
