Kimber raptor II

what do you guys/gals think about this. found a brand new stainless one for $1450. is it worth it? Pro's and Cons.
Just trying to do my research before committing to one and to tell you frankly,I'm more confused more than ever.also found these.

Kimber CDP $1250 slightly used
Kimber TL/RL II $989. Brand new
Kimber Raptor II $1450 Brand New
SA Loaded $839 Brand new
Colt Mk IV $ 899 brand new

and a few others that were offered thru PM's

That's an average, but not great price for the Raptor Stainless. It's a nice pistol, and I'd recommend one, but shop around some more to get the price down.

Price seems a little high.

Try to get it to around 1250 if you can.

At that price, I would shop for a nice used Les Baer.

That's a bit high from what I've seen. The advantage is you can have it now. You could probably save about 2 hundred bucks buying new, bit you are going to have to wait. A lot.
