I'm curious how they plan on getting the P365 on the roster though, doesn't it require a magazine disconnect and loaded chamber indicator?

10mm probably isn't popular enough for S&W to bother trying to get it roster approved.

They could do the loaded chamber indicator similar to the M18 setup - same with the mag disconnect.

I’ve had my P365 apart a few times and comparing it to my P320, and the pictures of the M18 I’m seeing here, I don’t see how Sig can incorporate the magazine safety on a P365. But I can be wrong.

I'm sure they can/will figure out. It would probably be the best selling gun in CA and CA is a large state so even though gun ownership as a percentage of the population may be low, there's still going to be thousands of people buying it.
