    SIG QUESTION

i own a P220 and am not to fond of the regular flat head screws that are used fasten the grips to the frame.

does anyone know if any companies have hex screws or if the ones that are on the sig site for p226? or what ever they are will fit my 220?

or should i just find a place that has the same exact dimensions and use those?

Guns for sale. Gun Parts for Sig Sauer, Heckler & Koch, AR-15, Glock, 1911 parts. Your top gun supply superstore!

Hogue makes them. You can also order direct from hogue. Brownells also carries them. But s/h kills them, unless you have other stuff to throw on the order.

Just so you know: the factory ones are torx screws; many aftermarket ones are hex. I have both the P226 and the P229, and the P226 has the flat head screws, whereas the P229 has the torx; the P229 ones fit the P226 no problem.

I recommend TJ's Custom stainless hex grip screws, which are available in-the-white and blackened. Brownells sells them, and the blackened stainless ones for the P220 are product code 876-050-220.
