Some stuff in the articles noted above on the BE forums.
If you are running a spring that is too stiff, can lead to issues, especially with a dry gun. They say a 14lb spring, and that sounds right. What spring did you put in the gun? If you are running general soft shooting target stuff, a 12lb might be even better. The small frame guns need to be oiled and properly sprung. I have a P01, 75 compact, and PCR. All like a little lube now and then.
I haven't looked where you live, but maybe meet up with another CG'r that also has CZ stuff? good luck!!
There are some people that it's just not worth engaging.

It's a muzzle BRAKE, not a muzzle break. Or is your muzzle tired?

In the video, you don’t seem prone to limp-wrist as your 2nd supporting hand looks consistently tight and properly placed.

That your noted -ammo- is admittedly scrambled is what draws my attention for intermittent feeding problems.

Mass-produced 115gr fmj (standard pressure) typically has random single rounds that are -underpowered-, in my experience. In other words, manufacturing would error on that side or else over-powered rounds with dramatic ka-booms and damaged guns + injured shooters will cause a “recall” with bad publicity.

I also saw in your video, FREEDOM MUNITIONS which is mostly fine (for most guns) but can also be underpowered from my experience. Especially with the tightness of CZ compacts.

Perhaps dedicate a range session with just premium ammo, from +p to NATO and well known JHP defense loads. If the result is flawless performance, that should reassure you. (When I first shoot a new pistol, this is my ammo filter for reliability. Then I go to common bulk ammo with wider anticipations of potential failures in performance.)

How long does cz support their guns? Maybe send an email.

Under pressure and pushing for time you may not get a consistent grip on the pistol, this can potentially cause issues. It seems like the CZ runs fine with slow fire and you just had issues at the match.

I had issues in the past when drawing from a holster and pushing for time running Glocks. My support hand thumb had a tendency to drag on the slide at times, but at least didn’t cause a malfunction. However my dominant hand’s thumb did bump up at times and cause the slide to lock back, a simple slide release got it running, but it killed my times. I adjusted my grip to have the dominant hand thumb out of the way and grip higher with my support hand. Basically my thumbs don’t do much. I found that I could get a stronger grip with less recoil and no malfunctions since.

Long story short, if the gun runs fine with slow fire or even fast fire with a deliberate grip, you may want to experiment a little with your grip to see if that may be an issue. Also have a buddy run your setup and see.
