HK 45 in CA?

Hey everyone-

I'm new here and I searched but couldn't find a definitive answer. Can I buy an HK 45 from someone in New Jersey? I know there aren't any HK 45's sold in stores here but was wondering if buying one off someone at the HKPro boards was legal here.

Only if your LEO. The HK45 is not on the "safe list", so it cannot be imported into the state for sale to a civilian.

CA has this thing called "Roster of Firearms Safety Devices Certified for Sale". Do a search and have fun not having the good stuff.

But that's why we need a "change" here in CA regarding gun rights.

Just keep your eyes peeled and jump on the first one that pops up. They do show up from time to time.
