Just note that RG (in FV) does not include mags. None in stock locally, but they can transfer from their TX location at no additional cost as long as you select "in store pickup".

Saw a YT Short from GlockStore on it; definitely nostalgic...

Correct - that is the Lipsey's reissue.
Some shops have this with the CA legal 10rd mags.

They should have remade the 17L not the pedestrian 17.

Nice that it's $559, they're not marking it up as some collector BS

The reason I did not get a Glock in 1986 was lack of finger grooves. You had to get a Hogue grip for the Glock back then. But in a moment of clarity, Glock came out with the Gen 3 and now we have "Glock Perfection".

The G17 Gen 1 should be in everyone's Gun Collection. I prefer the Gen 3 but a Gen 1 is where the legacy started.

I'd probably grab one if I happened in one while visiting a shop, but I don't want to seek one out or order it. Fun.

That was 10 years ago. Glock Perfection now doesn't include finger grooves.
