There are a lot of reviews out there, build quality is very good, nice trigger, accurate, it's a shooter, can run many rounds (>1500) in a day without a failure.

There's another 9mm 1911 that accepts shield arms 15 round magazines out there as well...

You know, that?s not a bad idea! At least stock G43x magazines are available - I hate the idea of a sole source for magazines, but this one makes sense.

I see at least 3 over a Glock

• 1911 trigger > Glock trigger
• 1911/2011 grip > Glock grip
• all metal construction

And magazine compatibility with most PCCs is definitely a win.

I, just for kicks built my now on their web site. Turned out to be as classic a 1911 as I could make it. So whats the point. Plenty of 1911's for sale in CA.

I checked out one in your Upland location. Impressive build for the price point.
Will be placing an order as soon as i finalize the configuration. So many options.
