    HK vs Sig

I have owned about 2 HK and 3 Sigs. I really like them both Want to get another HK or Sig but am undecided on which to get. Let me know what is your favorite and why.
    Thanks,

Just bought my first Sig but I've had an HK USP .40 for about a year now and love it. I'll let you know when I shoot the 226R for the first time

I voted SIG since I own one and love it. But I will own an H&K sooner rather than later. Then I'll let you know what I think.

I have many Sigs and a couple of HKs. If I were comparing with my old Sigs, I would say Sig. I voted for HK though b/c it seems like Sig has gone down in the customer service and quality arena when following them on the sigforum.

Ex SIG owner times 4. Current HK owner. Plan on staying w/ HK.

Old guns? Matter of preference. New guns? No comparison: HK. I'm not sure I'd trust a current production SIG with my life.

Own 8 sigs and used to own a HK, just did not like the way it felt.

Shot both and I just flat out like sigs better. Shot a few USP's and a whole bunch of sigs. I can say I lean toward the sig because every single sig i've shot has been nuts on accurate. The HK was a little all over the place but tightened up a bit after shooting a couple of boxes through. Quality just seems to be there and tolerances are a bit better on the sigs IMO so that they don't seem to jam up as much and have issues that the HK's had.

Tried the others,I liked the Sig until I tried the HK P2000, the P2000 just feels perfect to me, it points well and the grip frame with the interchangeable grip panels makes it easy to build your grip the way that feels best for you, the P2000 isn't big or bulky. I made a pancake holster for it, that hugs the body with a thumb break safety and a grip forward cant, it's real comfortable to wear. the gun doesn't have a safety which is what I wanted, it has a ambi slide release, and anbi mag. release that I also like better than most of the others, you just swipe your thumb or index finger downward, no more accidental releases of you mag. the other feature I like is the decocker, I'm left handed, and this gun feels good in either hand, but functions well in both hands, HK's shoot well and they're accurate, I couldn't ask for more, mine is a 40 S&W.

                      Regards

I played with and shot a few HKs and Sigs. Very nice. I like the Sig's SA trigger, but the HK seems like a good and rugged gun, like a Glock, but nicer.

Can't go wrong with either. I like them both as well.

You didn't tell us what the gun was going to be used for, but seeing that you have 2 HKs and 3 Sigs, you should get another HK to round it out.

USP 45acp Full size, P2000 or P2000sk 9mm/40sw, HK P7M8, or whatever you want or don't have.

                        Tell us what you get!

Sig has a superior DA. I tend to be more accurate with HKs. What do you do? Buy both.

HK. I don't hold SIG in a positive light at the moment.

I do lust heavily for current production H&Ks.
