    Colt SAA

I've gone to couple shops and don't see any SAA in stock now a days. Is the Cali 4 3/4 model still being produced by Colt?

I think they're still making them in small batches, so tough to find by randomly visiting shops. Probably best to talk to a dealer who can place an order, or start looking online.

Never see any new ones in the cases at local shops in Ventura county. I do see them used from time to time .Theres a gen 3 I saw last week at place ,can’t remember caliber . It was a 5 1/2 or 4 3/4 didn’t look close enough

Or buy a clean used Colt SAA---That's what I did---4 3/4" 44 Special, blue and color-cased---nicely fitted too---seems like it was shot very little...
Don't be temped to buy an Italian copy---get the REAL THING!

Basically that is what I did, except that the one I got had a bit of holster wear. On the flip side, it was relatively inexpensive for a genuine second generation Colt @ $900. The barrel roll mark indicates that it is one of their 125th anniversary models from 1961.

Used Colt or ask if you can order one. It may take a while. Also ask what their policy is if it never comes. They may only give back “store credit” instead of your cash.

Turners list Colt SAA at $1899.99.

^listing okay, stocking something very different. If anyone knows tell me which Turners has one, any one in stock for $1,899.99 in Southern California .I’d be glad to drive over and make a purchase even though there policies are the worst.
