    Sig Pic Request

I wondering if anyone had, or had run across a picture of a Sig Sauer P226 or P229 all stainless, black controls, with the Sig Sauer Alum White grips on it. I am looking for a standard P226 P229, with or without rail. But I am trying to show someone my dream for my sig.

In case you dont know what grips I am talking about here is a link:

    Thanks a ton in advance.

Also consider Hogue aluminum as well as Sig brand

Here is a picture from the Top Gun Supply website of something similar - an all stainless P226 with the Hogue brand of aluminum grips in white finish. This differs from your request in that the grips are Hogue, not Sig, and the gun's controls are nickel or stainless. But it is close.

I think you might find the Hogue brand of aluminum grips to be slightly less expensive than those sold on the Sig website.

I know it's not with the white/aluminum grips but I'm really proud of my P226 and I just wanted to share. Hope it's okay.

When was yours manufactured? I just realized mine doesn't say stainless on the slide, but TGS sold it to me and advertised it as stainless. Are the NEWER ones not indicated with "stainless"?

DAM those are sweet! Didn't think they would look that nice on a stainless. But I just cant see myself shelling out $180 for some grips...

I never understood the appeal of aluminum grips on anything. Temperature extremes would be quite distracting.

I don't know if I would want to fire that. That does look clean.
