"U" is your up adjustment and "r" is your right adjustment. They probably have an arrow as well. -

I'm a fan of OD green (my XD is identical down to the TLR-7a) and I just got the OSP slide and CT1500 RDS combo too.
My CT is not labeled at all with any letters for adjustment.
Also, they only sent me 2 of the 5 screws, the two important ones that mounted the sight to the plate were missing (M4-.70x8 button head socket cap screws for anyone in the same situation). I emailed Springfield two days ago and haven't heard back so I just bought screws at the hardware store and got it all together.
None of my holsters are compatible so was looking at the concealment express hybrid one. Anyway, nice taste in XD color and setup. I'm not going to carry mine w/ the OSP slide for awhile at least, but hope to get out to practice once more rains come around here.
