    Handgun capacity?

I'm sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but I've been living out of state for 10+ years. What's the current capacity restriction for handgun magazines? Did the 10 round limitation get overturned? I vaguely remember hearing something about it but didn't bother to check before moving so I did limit my mags before coming. Did I just pin my mags to 10 rounds for nothing? Luckily I only have 2 handguns and one is already under 10 round capacity, and the dowel I used can be removed with some work. Please don't troll me into doing something illegal, but am I free to remove them and make my mags 10+ rounds again?

Currently at 10 while Duncan v. Bonta is getting sorted. You can check the legal section for status on the case. Things look promising but the wheels of justice turn VERY slowly.

Still illegal to import mags over 10 rounds.
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

As long as you bought them or converted them during Freedom Week, they’re legal.

Not if he imported them after Freedom Week - although he may have made them legal to import. I don't think a dowel counts, unless it's riveted in....

Now I'm curious if they've ever actually prosecuted someone for having something like a fixed dowel in place vs drilling through the mag... spirit of the law vs letter of the law right? right?!

I didn't even know rebuild kits were banned until I just looked it up now. It's gotten grim here...
