10 straight days. A lot of places are doing 11 now and not giving you credit for the day you buy it.

The whole "11th day" came about, so far as I know, because a buyer would start the deal at let's say 5:00 pm on Saturday, then show for pick up on Tuesday at 2:00 pm - which although 10 days later is 3 hrs short of the "10 24 hr periods". Coupled with alot of stores using some sort of electronic time stamp, the "close enough" has diminished I'd guess and stores are going to the following day to be clear of the overlap possibility.

I noticed that too them I got my Kimber last month. I had to wait 11 days but I thought it was because I bought it on a Saturday. When I got .y Glock a few years bank I only had to wait 10 days but on the tenth day I could pick it up any time.
