Wilson Combat 45 - Help

Since this gun is used, is it legal for me to buy and have it shipped to my FFL here to process it?

From my understanding, if it's not on the CA roster then the only way you can transfer it is through a private party transfer. So you would have to do the transaction face to face with the seller.

The "List"

I just looked at the CA roster and there are a number of Wilson Combat guns there, including a couple of steel 5 inch CQB models. But I don't see one with "LE" in the name.

If you want to bring a gun into the state it has to be on the CA roster, and the descriptions of the approved guns are pretty specific as to model and finish. This one doesn't appear to me to be on the list, so you might be out of luck. But you can buy a new Wilson in CA from a dealer if it is on the list.
