What did the caliber conversion entail? I notice the barrel in the OP photo is shorter. Was part or all of the slide reused?

Out of curiousity, will 9mm still be able to be used in the 7.63x25mm stripper clips or will you have to hunt down clips specifically for the 9mm now?

The 7.63x25mm stripper clips will also fit 9mm.

I would entertain offers if you’re interested. This is a one of a kind pistol, properly and professionally restored and converted to a Red 9 from what used to be a beater C96.

I’ve seen many Red 9 clones on Gunbroker and none come close to this one in terms of finish and detail, it still maintains its defined edges unlike many other refinishes.

Wow. That is some amazing restoration work right there. Top notch workmanship for sure, I wouldn't have even guessed it's the same gun.
