Sight adjusting and removal tool - Recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a good (and hopefully not too expensive) sight pusher tool for removal and adjustment of front and rear sights for Sig & HK pistols?

The ones I have seen are $100 - $150. Expensive. I need to adjust mine as well.
