    PPT question

    I know there is a one gun per month purchase rule in cali but if i am selling my guns can PPT three or four guns per month?

    You can purchase as many as you like via PPT along with your 1 gun per month (store non consignment) purchase.

    And you can sell away as you please.

      There is a limit to how many you can sell per year and it is in the PC, as the exemption for having an FFL to sell is for "infrequent" sales.

        In summary, infrequently is stated to be less than 6 transactions per year. There appears to be no set limit of handguns that can be sold in each transaction.

          Thanks for clarifying; I fell prey to technical typing inaccuracy and lazy thought.

          It is number of sales, not number of guns.

            Thanks for the information guys. I am making a 1 ppt to me and two ppts to other people in the next week all used guns. Then I will purchase a new Sig 226r from Impact Guns after that. I just wanted to make sure there will be no problems.
