It is a standard model 6700, that Ca Crime Victims Coalition had someone modify in a limited run - maybe Ruger did it but who knows, it just as likely was a 3rd party. In any case, they did a nice job on it.
For sale to LE only, IIRC it was $925 - so almost certainly laser engraved. After tax/ship/donation they were $1100, before transfer and DROS fees.

I dig it. Usually engraved guns go over the top. This is tasteful and clean. I really do like the grips.
