    LCP to the Max

Picked up a new Ruger LCP Max.
Seemed like a good replacement for my Colt Pocketlite when I feel like pocket carrying.
Same size but double the capacity (10 rounds flush mag, 12 with extended)

I know, off roster. But if you have a chance to pick one up definitely think about it.

Nice pickup. It will be double or triple the cost here in Cali for us peons. A regular LCP can have a 1 or 2 round extended mag (even a 10 rounder if you trust Promag); so it isn't far off from the Max. The nice thing is how light the Max is (11oz.), and usable sights. I would be interested to see how it fits in a pocket and if it can handle Underwood Xtreme Defender ammo. Hopefully, there won't be too many birthing pains for the new model. It should be a strong seller, if reliable.

Love my LCP 2. I carry it way more than any other gun on my permit. Just so concealable, reliable and accurate.
